This is our store’s shipping policy page. I know we all hate looking at long, wordy policy pages, so I decided to make our store’s shipping policy look a little different. I’ll try to keep it simple below and write straight to the point of your concern.
Shipping Methods
We can send to most of the countries in the world.
If you want to receive our products faster, you can choose delivery method for your country on the cart or check page.
Below are the international couriers we work with:
- DHL (≈1.5 week)
- UPS (≈1.5 week)
- YunExpress (≈2-3 week, tax included)
- China Post (≈2-4 week)
- 4PX (≈2-4 week)
All our shipments are by air.
Customers can choose the shipping method that suits them on the cart or checkout page.
Tracking Number
Each order will be provided with a tracking number.
You will receive a tracking number and tracking link in an email with the status of your order when it is shipped.
If you are unable to find the email, or have lost your tracking number, you can also visit My Order Tracking page to retrieve it.
